Job Title: Manager, Executive Programs
The Manager, Executive Programs is responsible for ensuring that all company clients' have a world-class experience. The manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments within the organization to represent the point of view of their many customers/members. This person will be a true advocate for the clients who reach out to this company for support and assistance, and the "go to" person in solving their business issues and needs.
The Manager of Executive Programs is focused on driving high level engagement and increasing the retention rate of our client's membership base.
Serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of council members.
Proactively ensure that each client/member is engaged and participating in the programs and services offered; in-person meetings, webcasts, bench-marking opportunities, surveys, etc. in order to achieve annual retention goal.
Identify, track, report and execute action on key performance metrics related to member engagement
Understand industry/company/individual needs to identify new opportunities for agenda topics and between meeting interaction.
Develop a success plan that outlines how will critical member needs will be addressed/resolved, both immediately and in the future.
Deliver a world class experience by executing flawless council meetings within budget parameters.
Analyze evaluation data from council meetings, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to improve the member experience.
Maintain regular, consistent outreach to members
- Collaborate with program director to ensure meeting highlights contain actionable insights (enhanced note-taking, and debriefing after each meeting)
- Ensure meeting evaluation feedback is addressed, and incorporated into future meeting planning
- Manage meeting budget
- Monthly financial reporting
- Preparation of event materials
- Coordinating with logistics manager to ensure council experience is consistent and is within budget
- Attendance tracking
- On-site execution of events
- Meet all internal and external deadlines
Bachelors degree required with minimum of 5-7 years business experience
Experience communicating effectively and comfortably with senior executives
Strategic thinker with a customer service mentality
Time management, organization, attention to detail and prioritization skills are a must
Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure
Ability to travel 25% of the time
