Human Resources Coordinator

Location: - Brooklyn, NY 11217
Duration: - 06 Months contract role
- Schedule interviews - work directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange travel for out of town candidates.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruitment status.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking system.
- Facilitate the background check and drug screen process for candidates.
- Facilitate new hire on-boarding paperwork and orientation.
- Process new hire paperwork.
- Potential to conduct candidate phone screens.
- Process candidate expense reports Manage Talent Acquisition invoice and p-card processing Manage Employee Referral Program and process payouts Other tasks and projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system a plus Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
