Overview of the Accounting and HR Assistant role:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable: prepare and code bills, cash applications of donations and memberships dues, process ad hoc reports, create invoices for contracts/grants, data entry for donations and membership dues
- Prepare timesheets and payroll data for external payroll company
- Human Resources clerical support: onboarding, coordination with external benefits consultant, process background checks, check mail, file papers
- Flexible hybrid schedule; position can be remote after initial training, with in-person once per week
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting and HR Assistant role:
- Previous AP, AR experience
- Previous office admin support, HR ideal
- Strong Attention to detail a must
- Experience with Little Green Lights CRM and QuickBooks a plus
- Non-profit experience a plus
