Work with CED leadership and internal clients to identify curriculum development requirements and leverage ISD process to deliver training solutions.
Manage day-to-day curriculum management and maintenance activities. Serve as a liaison to, and escalation point for, client facing staff on curriculum issues and training needs
Implement, and integrate new and existing learning technologies and systems (e.g., ILT, vILT, online learning, Webcasts, authoring tools, Mobile, Social, Video, etc.)
Leverage deep understanding of available industry recognized content across the spectrum of our service offerings. Make recommendations that align with effective and efficient use of resources to deliver practical solutions
Provides effective project intake and management with development of project plans including key milestones and deliverables. Reports and updates leadership leveraging tools as appropriate.
Support a communication strategy that drives participation and impact for courses and programs identified as high priority utilizing available and innovative communications strategies and techniques including MAXU (MAXIMUS University), MAXnet (internal network), and targeted communications
Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led classes as appropriate and necessary to key populations including our Project Managers, Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders.
Functional / Technical Skills Experience
5-7+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development with strong curriculum development experience. In-depth knowledge of instructional systems design; training analysis, design, development, delivery, and program management.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and building learning solutions.
Demonstrated, applied understanding of learning technologies such as Traditional ILT, Virtual ILT, Online Learning, learning partnerships, etc.
Excellent project management skills; demonstrates the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks. Align resources to ensure priorities with multiple deadlines are met.
Quickly adapts to new business needs and strategies, flexible in alignment and approach based on market trends.
Demonstrated experience in the creative and innovative application of technology for business change
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, and the ability to translate data into insightful conclusions
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.
Must have the necessary drive and ability to lead change to implement initiatives, exceptional track record developing and delivering learning strategies and initiatives.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees as well as superior facilitation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
Experience facilitating debrief sessions using DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, StrengthsFinder, and 360 assessments is preferred.
Experience using Workday is a plus.
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, instructional design, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Education, or equivalent relevant experience required
Master's/MBA preferred; in related field including, OD, HRD, ISD, Learning, IO Psychology or similar field of study.
