Job Description

Hiring Now for a Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate:$15.00-$17.00

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recent work history as a customer service representative
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain relevant information, and interpret policies and guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, comfort with a variety of online systems, and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and departments
  • High school diploma Required; bachelor's in business or related field preferred.

Job Duties

  • Work on assignments that are complex in nature where high levels of judgment are required to resolve problems and make recommendations.
  • Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer base including order processing, shipping schedule, invoicing, and post-delivery support
  • Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer
  • Create and follow up on customer quotes as needed
    Update and maintain customer account information databases
  • Be available to answer questions from customers or other departments
    Participate on project teams as assigned
