KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, L&D to join our Advisory Learning & Development organization.


+ Execute Advisory Learning scheduling model for Advisory Learning programs

+ Review and interpret scheduling model inputs and outputs to ensure data accuracy, identify trends and analyze results to ensure an efficient scheduling model

+ Collaborate with team, stakeholders and automation/offshore teams to gather requirements for and develop new workflows/automations for efficiencies and continuous improvement

+ Prepare and maintain reports, reporting schedules, reporting assignments, visualizations, workflow documentation

+ Manage Deployment tasks as needed


+ Minimum three years of recent experience in Data & Analytics, preferably within a professional services environment

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent years of experience will suffice

+ Experience with Excel Macros, Pivots and V Lookups required; prior experience with Java, C++, R or Python strongly desired; proficient in full Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint experience preferred)

+ Capacity to manage multiple projects/requests concurrently and prioritize competing tasks; demonstrate attention to project details, timelines, and work ethic to accomplish project assignments

+ Demonstrate effective verbal, written and organizational skills to communicate clearly and professionally with team members regarding engagement details or performance development coaching; able to collaborate and build relationships virtually

+ Ability to travel up to 10% at times; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
