OfficeTeam is searching for an eager Admissions Coordinator with one of our top clients in Downtown Dallas! This position will be temporary with the possibility of going temporary to full time. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Medical/Healthcare industry. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday from 4:30PM - 12:30AM. What you will be doing everyday:
• Enter in data, admissions and room changes
• Scanning in documents, phone verification and making electronic folders
• Insurance verification
• Communicate with all internal departments
• Answer, record and direct all incoming calls
3+ years of Healthcare/Medical experience
