eSolutionsGroup / GHD Digital, through our Paid Duty and Police Information Check platforms, is accelerating the world’s transition to a virtual town hall experience that is accessible and convenient to everyone.  With a continually expanding platform capability, we are able to help Municipalities, School Boards, Health Care Organizations and other sectors transition from in person meetings or transactions and PDF forms to fully digital experience that can be conveniently accessed anywhere.  From submitting bylaw permit requests, paying taxes or hydro bills to paying parking tickets and scheduling in person meetings – Citizen Portal can cover it all. 
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Team, Communications Team and Industry Experts to grow the Citizen Portal platform across North America. 
You will:
•         Qualify marketing generated prospects
•         Identify and engage new customer leads in B2B and B2G environments through networking, research and cold-calling
•         Effectively conduct web presentations using inside sales best practices
•         Follow-up with clients and prospects via email and phone to lead them to the next step
•         Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM and internal tools to ensure the shortest sales cycle
•         Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•         Work with technical support staff to respond to inquiries and ensure optimal customer service
What you Bring to Our Team
•         Sales experience and familiarity with CRM best practices
•         Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology
•         Positive and outgoing attitude with the ability to think ‘on your feet’
•         You are adaptable in how you understand our customers and help them overcome their challenges in order to quickly progress opportunities through long sales cycles
•         You put customers first and value long term success
•         You have strong communication skills including by phone, video conferences, email and in-person
•         You are known for your integrity, respectfulness and your ability to create strong relationships
•         Ability to travel in North America to customers locations, trade shows or conferences if required (less than 20% travel is expected)
