Customer Service Administrator

BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Professional for an opportunity in Andover, Ma.

Job Title: Customer Project/Program Manager

Work Location: Andover, MA

Summary:

In this role you will support external sales representatives responsible for selling Certified Pre-Owned IT equipment to Resellers and Direct customers. Your responsibilities will include working and reporting on all areas to update customer orders and managing the receipt of pertinent customer documents. The Customer Service Administrator must possess strong communication and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 yrs. experience in a sales operations support role is required for the position. Also critical to success in this role is the ability to interface with sales representatives and customers to resolve complications that may occur during the order fulfillment process.

Job Description:

* Responsible for working and reporting on all areas to update customer orders
* Interfacing with sales representatives and customers to proactively provide order status and escalate/resolve complications during the order fulfillment process
* Ensure receipt of all relevant and pertinent documentation before releasing customer's order including review of MSA, PO etc.
* As a subject matter expert, provide full lifecycle support

* If offered the role, this position will require employment screens, employment screens typically background check and drug screen.
