Derived Salary: $49K - $140K/Year

JCW is partnering with a prestigious UK-based law firm seeking to expand its Service Desk Team following a recent merger. Known for their commitment to innovation and modernization of technology, the firm is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their NYC office. This is an on-site position, requiring attendance 5 days a week.


Qualifications:

  • Manage a help desk/service desk team.
  • White glove support both internal and external.
  • Tier 1 -Tier 3 support.
  • Ability to support end users and complex issues.
