Hospitality Customer Service Technology Advocate

Boxer Retail and Resorts is a nationwide real estate and hospitality company that offers outstanding growth and industry leading benefits. Hospitality One (H1) is its SaaS platform for providing guest ordering and payment services.

The Resort Customer Service and Technology Advocate is responsible for assisting Boxer Resorts with advancing its use of technology and responding to guests and users that engage the company, including changes, coding and other work as instructed.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Training, daily use and full adoption of company systems and related functions.
  • Guest and User technology support and modifications.
  • Project Management of specific assigned tasks as delegated by the Supervisor, which may include H1, Resorts, Food & Beverage or any department or asset type as needed.
  • All tasks and responsibilities are subject to change based on the needs of the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screening
