Kforce has a client that is looking for a C-Suite Executive Assistant to support the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer in Downers Grove, Illinois (IL).
Responsibility for this role includes all administrative and project support, using a high degree of independent judgment and discretion. Assignments include tasks of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature and require extensive working knowledge of all company procedures and practices. Responsibilities include a broad scope of confidential and proprietary information. The role interfaces with employees at all levels, customers, suppliers, and others with agility and ability to multi-task.
Four-year degree required
10+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience with significant time supporting C-suite executive level management
High level of resourcefulness with knowledge of company operations
Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to interact with all levels both inside and outside of the company
Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills; Ability to provide basic technical assistance related to iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc.
Experience in coordinating extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and calendaring/scheduling
Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; Solid project coordination, scheduling, resourcing and administrative skills; Ability to see the big picture while effectively managing details
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment and handle diverse work assignments
Ability to provide basic technical support and learn new programs easily
Ability to work well and maintain professional composure under pressure and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in handling day-to-day activities
Collaborative spirit and willingness to be team contributor to take on a variety of projects, exercising flexibility and agility
