Occupational Therapist OTRL - PRN
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. As an OT with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. Requirements:
* Occupational Therapy License actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
* Previous acute OT experience
* A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
* Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
* Creating occupational therapy care plans, performing OT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating the Registered Nurse (RN) Director on patient status, admitting/discharging patients, etc.
* Other OT duties as assigned
