Staff Accountant I- Reconciliations

Reporting to the Accounting Manager-Reconciliations, the Staff Accountant is responsible for reconciliation and analysis of various accounts.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


•Reconcile various correspondent bank accounts.
•Reconcile various general ledger balance sheet accounts.
•Prepare fixed asset, premises held for sale and OREO roll-forwards
•Prepare monthly fixed asset tax book roll-forwards
•Prepare miscellaneous analyses as needed.
•Assist the Accounting Manager with projects.

•Other duties as assigned.

CB2
Education/Experience 

•Associates degree or work equivalent.


Skills/Knowledge 

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

•Problem solving and research skills are required to reconcile accounts properly.

•Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Details, Verbal Communication and General Math Skills.

•Confidentiality and Productivity,
