Patient Support Coordinator 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •  Answering telephones
  •  Preparing patient files
  •  Greeting patients
  •  Collecting payments
  •  Scheduling appointments
  •  End of day cash register reconciliation
  •  Maintaining office organization
  •  Verifying insurance benefits
  •  Making appointment reminder telephone calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a high volume environment
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Works well in a team setting
  • Works well under pressure and in a busy office environment
  • Is a quick learner
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction and maximum accountability
  • Knowledge of appointment manager software is a plus
     

Location: Homestead, FL 33030-4408

Rate: $14 – $15.50\/hour (Based on exp)

Schedule: Mon – Friday 8am-5pm

Bilingual: Required
