• Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) support for Joint Test &Evaluation project at US Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Ft Rucker
• Support Test Director and Contract Task Lead for the test and evaluation of a TTP to address current aircraft survivability equipment (ASE) and multi-ship tactics in order to reduce the vulnerability of RW/VTOL aircraft to current enemy IADS
• Collect and analyze data on the probability of foreign IADS to detect, hit, and kill RW/VTOL aircraft using the tactics identified in the QRT in a live fly environment
• Problem decomposition, dendritic development, process flows development, test concept, test design, test planning, data collection, data reduction, and data analysis, and evaluation of the JAMSV test article (TTP)
• The ORSA is a key member of a small gov't and contract team responsible for documenting and testing JAMSV TTP to address RW and VTOL aircraft defeat of threat RF IADS

• No less than 3 years' Data Statistician with applied analytics, ORSA, or similar experience.
• No less than 3 years' experience serving on DOD data analysis supporting experimentation, test and evaluation, or other research studies involving six sigma or DOT&E processes involving problem decomposition, test planning and test concept development, test design, data collection, data analysis, statistical analysis.
• Experienced in design of experiments, hypothesis testing, statistics, data analysis techniques, use of analysis tools (SPSS & JMP) and survey development techniques.
