As a Customer Service Representative and Ambassador on our team, you will play a critical role by fulfilling our company's purpose and promise to our business customers. Our clients who are in need of sharp customer service professionals are in various industries: Education Finance Healthcare Non-profit Property Management Real Estate Technology As a Customer Service Representative , you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our client's products and services, handling and resolving customer complaints. Additional responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative role include: Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as needed Working with customers in a fast paced call center environment, providing information about products or services, cancelling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Reviewing or making changes to customer accounts We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit. Requirements: Successful candidates for the Customer Service Representative role have a keen attention to detail, a high level of organizational skills, and are able to handle daily responsibilities. Additional requirements include: Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required with comparable professional experience 1 to 3 years experience in an customer service role or call center Customer Service experience / personality and excellent data entry skills Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
