If you are an experienced Human Resources Coordinator looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Human Resources Coordinator. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                             

Your specific duties as a Human Resources Coordinator will include:          

  • Coordinates selection processes for hourly positions; communication with authorized staffing agencies; sourcing, screening, and corresponding with applicants; conducting pre-employment assessments and reference checks; maintenance of all recruiting files.
  • Coordinates orientation and on-boarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintains the accuracy and security of all HR-related files in accordance with the records retention policy including employee personnel files, medical files, and I-9’s.
  • Maintains logs for disciplinary action, training, vacation, etc.
  • Monitors tasks related to FMLA, disabilities, and return to work.
  • Coordinates facility functions including employee recognition, service awards, safety, and holiday-related on and off shift events.

Job Requirements

As a Human Resources Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have prior HR experience, strong attention to detail and experience in timekeeping, attendance, FMLA and related aspects of HR
