We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist who is deeply passionate about growing at a large, growing company. The HR Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
What you get to do every single day: - Manage elements of specific patient accounts, such as billing and reimbursement - Coordinate with numerous working teams to guarantee quality of data and uniformity - Organize and submit invoices to insurance organizations and patients - Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications - Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle - High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - Excellent data entry skills - Solid understanding of medical claims - Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs) - Previous experience with a practice management system preferred - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Benefits Administration, Recruiting
