Searching for Entry Level Accounting and Finance Graduates for openings near Lincolnshire. Attention new grads! We have a customer in Lincolnshire that has 3 openings in their Accounting and Finance department. This company has competitve benefits and they are searching for candidates who have recently graduated with their degree in accounting or finance/ or similar with some internship or work experience. These positions are direct hire/ permanent and are moving quick! POSITION 1
Accounts Receivable / Trade Promotion Coordinator Needed in Lincolnshire 
Direct Hire - $45,000 - $48,000
Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure that trade activity expenditures comply with company policy and procedures.
  • Coordinate trade spending with Zone Managers via the electronic deal sheet.
  • Input Trade promotion programs into TPM and/or Vistex and make appropriate updates as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales Managers, Brokers, and Customers to ensure order placement is completed accurately so that invoices, sales history and trade off invoice allowances and accruals are properly generated.
  • Identify trade discrepancies and work with Sales, Broker, and the customer to gain understanding for resolution to prevent payment issues.
  • Assist in processing Indirect Customer Trade Spending Reimbursements via TPM and/or Vistex
  • Work with A/R Claims on Dispute Module in SAP
  • Assist Trade Analysts in settling Trade Claims

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma with a minimum two years of experience in a business environment with strong accounts receivable or customer service background preferred.
  • Open to someone with minimal experience that can do some order entry and maybe has a desire to keep the career path going in the future in Pricing or Trade.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in a business-related field. 
  • Recent college grads would likely be the best fit for this role for now but someone with a few years of experience in the finance field would work as well  
  • Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Team player with ability to interact well with others.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows; Word and Excel.  Previous experience on SAP preferred.   

POSITION 2
Pricing Coordinator Needed in Lincolnshire, IL
Direct Hire, Competitive Benefits 
Salary: $45,000-$48,000 
Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure that prices comply with company policy and procedures.
  • Creation and Maintenance of pricing conditions into ERP system, input of all Channel List prices and Customer exception pricing using the appropriate key combinations so customer orders are priced correctly.
  • Coordinate exception pricing with Zone Managers via the electronic deal sheet.
  • Prepare pricing upload templates.
  • Ensure pricing data in the system is updated timely and accurately.
  • Review pricing data and purge all inactive pricing records from the system to assure data integrity.
  • Update and distribute monthly and quarterly customer price lists.
  • Confirm pricing on orders, validate for correctness, and communicate with Zone Managers & Brokers to resolve problems relating to price discrepancies on orders to prevent payment issues.
  • Provide any necessary pricing updates to be made on orders to the Pricing Analysts or Pricing Manager with appropriate backup to justify the change.
  • Ensure that orders are properly reviewed and removed from price hold in a timely manner.
  • Research and resolve billing and pricing deductions.
