Senior Manager, Supply Chain Replenishment

Total Wine Bethesda, MD (Onsite) Full-Time
We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Supply Chain Store Replenishment team to work at our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. You will be responsible for managing the Store replenishment team for TWM warehouse sourced product, leading a team in achieving inventory metrics for assigned geographic markets while also managing individual category or promotional projects. You will lead and support your team to coordinate and maintain supply chain operations between Total Wine & More, its suppliers, its partners, and stores. You and your team will manage new item set-up, weekly wholesaler communication, and working with the logistics team to optimize warehouse efficiencies. You will report to the Director Store Replenishment. You will work in our office in Bethesda, MD.

You will:

* Direct to store order management for warehouse sourced product
* Wine and Spirits
* Gifts and Glassware
* Non-Alcohol Beverages and food
* Cigars

* Direct to store order management for assigned region
* Order review
* Forecasting
* Liaison with Buyers for item management
* Partner with Promotions and Concierge teams for product timing and availability
* Training and development for order writing

* New store order writing
* Promotional Push Management
* Participate in team planning meetings regarding inventory flow, forecasting, and logistics
* Review orders created by your team as needed
* Holiday Flow planning for all product categories
* Provide flow guidance for the transfer team and RSSI team
* Work with Market management on National Brand inventory flow
* Point of Contact for Store District Managers

You will bring:

* 8+ years of inventory replenishment/planning experience
* Experience in specialty retail environment a plus
* 5+ years leading teams
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to interface with business partners and cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Ability to work independently and lead a team of 2-4 team-members
* BA/BS degree or four-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Experience, Skills and Education:

* Experience with Tier 1 Planning systems (09, Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
* Experience with Access, SQL, PowerBI
* Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
* Good follow through to see processes to completion
