OfficeTeam is looking for an exclusive executive assistant / production coordinator for our client in the downtown Pittsburgh area! This position primarily provides executive administrative and other various support to the Management Team, serving as the point of contact for all projects in the office and on the field. This position is temporary to full-time and can start very quickly for the right individual! Our client, an achievement oriented, fast-paced marketing and production agency, is looking to fill a new role in their office. This role will be a blend of administrative office duties and also on the field assistance at production shoots in various locations in Pittsburgh. About 15-20% of this role will involve travel, so ease of flexibility with transportation and also with work shifts is a must! This is a fast-paced environment where every day is different. We?d like someone who is comfortable learning new things every day, and not afraid to take on a challenge and get the job done. Job Duties: - Manage and update social media accounts for the company - Take projects from the management team and see them through to completion under deadlines - Assist on site photo shoots and video shoots, make coffee runs, run last minute errands - Coordinate steps leading up to a project, enter all necessary information into company database, and follow up with clients as needed - Give amazing customer service to clients when needed - Help with technical issues in the office, assist with office equipment - Proofread and edit documents as needed, draft emails, letters and mail management - Maintain office cleanliness and organization, order office supplies - Assist in travel arrangements for managers - Create documents or spreadsheets to assist production needs - Participate in client meetings and take notes

Job Requirements

Requirements: - Comfort with traveling to multiple sites in one day outside of a traditional office environment - Comfort with Social Media - Ability to use a Mac Computer - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access - Ability to use MailMerge functions - Ability to work independently and see projects through to completion with minimal supervision - Be highly organized and detail-oriented - At least Bachelor's Degree required The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a passion for new media, film, art, and the creative side of projects.
