SENIOR RECRUITER, MEDIA INDUSTRY (Boston or New York City)
Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Directorof Talent Acquisition and be part of a dynamic and successful recruiting team. The TA team is a trusted business partner to our internal customers and will be expected to advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
Mission & Responsibilities
Source and recruit industry professionals to support the organization's growth
Grow strong relationships with hiring managers and meet hiring objectives
Develop subject matter expertise and cultivate relationships with top performing candidates
Own the candidate experience throughout the whole hiring lifecycle
Responsible for a substantial ongoing list of open requisitions, anywhere from 30-50 openings at a time
Bachelor's or Master's degree
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Desired industry experience: Media agency, Advertising agency, Tech company, Data company, or similar
High level of comfort using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
