The ideal manager in this role will work directly with clients to enhance the overall customer experience, as well as develop and use outreach programs to reach members. In addition, creativity is needed to take the client feedback and apply how the company can assist with problem solving through programs and engagement. Candidate must have experience in an engagement role and have worked in a healthcare solution company.
Compensation is competitive at 90k – 100k annual salary plus 10% bonus.
