Responsible for providing application assistance via telephone to clients for various Social Services Programs ? Monday - Friday - No Late Nights/No Weekends ? 40 Hours/Week ? Bilingual English/Spanish a Must! As a Customer Care Representative you will work a schedule between the hours of 7:30 am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday, No Weekends! If you excel in your role as a CCR you will have the opportunity to become a Permanent employee with this exciting company. Once you convert to a full time employee, a $500 bonus is paid!!! Pay Increase & Excellent Benefits upon conversion! Accepting resumes now for a new training classes set to start 8/13/2019 for our location in Edinburg, TX 75751. Job Duties for our Customer Service Position Include: ? Responding to customer phone inquires in a courteous, prompt manner ? Practices active listening in order to take each caller?s concerns seriously, fully understands the issue and then provides appropriate resolution or appropriate direction for next steps. ? Assisting Customers with the enrollment process ? Provides callers with assistance completing application requests over the phone and transferring callers to other Call Center units as needed. ? Performing accurately all data entry functions to reflect customers activity/transactions The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Knowledge of Texas health and social services programs and geographical area a plus. If you have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, can type 30 Word per minute or higher, and have a solid working knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office Suite, apply for this position as a Customer Care Representative today!
