Job Requirements

- Less than one year of experience is acceptable - Internet research skills - Scheduling experience highly valued - Background working with Microsoft Outlook - Adeptness in documentation - Good understanding of ordering office supplies and equipment - General familiarity with filing - Proficiency in copying - Microsoft Word experience highly preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of faxing - Earlier work involving order entry - Experience with email - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Data entry experience - Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant - Previous experience working with scanning - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills We are seeking passionate, ambitious candidates that are interested in growing and supporting our dynamic company.
