ISC's Team of SOFTWARE SALES RECRUITERS has been retained for a Sales Manager opportunity in Pasadena, CA.
Our client is a growing Software company with excellent opportunity for growth. This position would be responsible for developing, coaching, and leading a team of sales professionals to ensure quota is reached.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager – Software – Pasadena
- Assist with negotiating and closing deals
- Ensure quotas are met and pipelines are full
- Create a plan for expanding sales
- Cultivate an environment of energy, innovation, and strength with your team
- Share your passion for sales with your team
- Ensure team stays motivated while mentoring them
Requirements of Sales Manager – Software – Pasadena
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management in the software industry
- Proven background of managing successful teams
- Must be passionate about managing, mentoring, and coaching teams
- Experience developing innovative and creative environments
- Excellent understanding of sales metrics
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
Compensation: $80-105k base with OTE $160-210k and exceptional benefits
