Kelly Services is looking for outstanding candidates with administrative experience for a long-term Human Resources Clerk/Secretary. A qualified candidate will have prior responsibilities working in an administrative role. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Daily HR Functions - Taking questions/concerns from team members - Creating ID Badges - Managing Hot Lunch Food options on-site - Ordering Food/Catering for celebrations and events - Assist with AAP Tracking - Tracking and Scheduling New Hire Interviews and Orientation - Managing/Organizing Merchandise - HR Record Retention - Other HR/clerical duties as assigned Hours are Monday thru Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
Must be able to provide friendly customer service Must be able to multi-task (phone/computer programs) Excellent typing and data entry skills Ability to learn new computer programs and software Possess strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required - College degree a PLUS!
