Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting activity
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the ATS, and HRIS
  • Conduct background checks
  • Possess organization and time-management skills and are team players with a desire to learn and adapt as necessary.
  • Must be energetic, outgoing and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following established recruiting plans and compliance procedures.
  • Conduct impromptu telephone pre-screens in a variety of computer platforms, and coach candidates for whom they find appropriate positions
  • Manager interview logistics for candidates along with completion of onboarding requirements
  • Dedicated to delivering a high-level of service to our recruiters, our clients and their contemporaries
  • Possess organization and time-management skills and are team players with a desire to lean and adapt as necessary
  • Stay current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
  • Adhere to all company guidelines.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience
  • At least 2 years experience working in human resources and with HRIS systems
  • Bachelors degree in human resource management or combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
