Sales Effectiveness Program Manager - Work from home, United States

The Cigna Medicare Sales team is driving out-sized growth in the market. Our environment is fast-paced, the work is meaningful and intense, and our performance expectations are high.
We are looking for an energetic, true dynamic individual to drive, implement and champion sales support for the Cigna Medicare Sales team. This person must possess a can do attitude. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in, we want to talk with you.
This role is critical to Cigna Medicare Sales Effectiveness. Cigna Medicares Sales Effectiveness team drives sales improvement and enablement, across all distribution channels, through training, communications, sales programs and events. This candidate would manage large programs or processes that contribute to the Medicares continued growth and associate satisfaction. The ideal candidate would partner with the Sales Effectiveness team and sales leaders to drive success.
This is an individual contributor role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Governance, strategy, development and launch of sales incentive programs such as AEP sales contest
Gold Circle qualification requirements and awards development and launch plan
Planning, organizing and leading Cigna Medicare associate on-boarding program
Planning, organizing and leading Cigna Medicare Sales Leadership Academy
Cigna Medicares survey guru develop, distribute
Event Coordinator for Cigna Medicare virtual associate meetings such as SLAM meetings schedule, facilitate planning, and event manage
Lead Cigna Medicare sales and operations programs that contribute to growth, associate satisfaction, recognition and opex savings.
Marry strategic approach with tactic execution
Maintain program budget parameters
Provide leadership updates, reports
Track activity/performance metrics and measurements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred; or equivalent, relevant work experience
Sales knowledge/experience required
Training experience required
Project Management experience required
Detail oriented
Extremely organized
Possess a can do attitude
Demonstrated passion around employee experience
Medicare Advantage knowledge a plus
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Experience working in a matrix environment and with virtual team members / stakeholders
Ability to see holistically and operate effectively delivering tactical and strategic objectives
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Analytic and decision making abilities
Possess creativity, foresight and good judgement
Experience in thought leadership
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 89,500 - 149,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
