Provides a high level of project support for the Account Management Team by performing client request follow-ups, special projects, analysis of systemic problems (procedural, functional, system change, training), and the like.

  • Provides client training on applicable SWBC products and technology
  • Builds client relationships by maintaining a positive relationship with key client contacts at all levels of partner organizations ensuring timely deliverables from SWBC.
  • Acts as the secondary point of contact for the client and for client operational requests not handled by the Account Manager or Executive to include processing and completing the Account Executive's client requests.
  • Provides direct support to the applicable Account Manager or Executive regarding operational improvements, requirements, activities cost and services provided to each assigned client; and monitors and maintains current manual operational processes to ensure reports are getting worked timely.
  • Monitors and reviews open client requests through completion with tracked project status updates/reports; and communicates inbound client requests to the appropriate Account Executive and/or executive management.
  • Facilitates the internal SWBC client team meetings and provides status reports and subject matter expertise as necessary for communication purposes.

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have at least two (2) years in client relationship management and overall project management skills or related experience.
  • Must have strong account management and skills in optimizing processes.
  • Must be proficient in mortgage servicing system applications such as LPS, FiServ, and the like.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.
  • Must have excellent project oversight, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent client-focus or customer service skills and presentation skills.
  • Must have a working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Word, Excel and the Internet.
  • Must have an ability to use basic office equipment to include copies and/or fax machines.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time while managing and/or monitoring product implementation and the like.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull 10 - 20 lbs. of related documents.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, or stand to retrieve files or other documents.
  • Must be able to travel locally, state-wide, and/or nationally.
