General responsibilities:

Act as the clinical supervisor for Intensive out of home (IOH) and intensive in home (IIH) services.  Assist with clinical supervision of blended mobile crisis services. Provide clinical and administrative oversight to crisis teams and IOH/IIH staff. Provide overall clinical support to IOH, IIH & BMCRS. Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to crisis teams as required, respond immediately when dispatched on crisis responses and be present to provide supervision to staff in the crisis home and in the field as needed.  Travel across Region 4 required.   Provide supervision of BCBA and RBT staff.


  1. Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
  2. Must be licensed LCSW or LPC or BCBA
  3. At least three years experience providing services to behavioral health individuals and/or IDD individuals.
  4. Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisory experience

3 years experience working with individuals with IDD diagnosis.
