**This Opportunity**

WSP has a full-time career opportunity for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our global professional services firm. A professional that enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment of continuous learning will thrive in this environment. The position offers a flexible work environment for both at-home (70%) and in-office (30%) needs. The position can be located close to a WSP office in Georgia or Florida.

**Who You Are**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree required, preferred fields are marketing, journalism, communications, English, or business

+ More than five (5) years of professional marketing/proposal work experience is required; directly related experience in the A/E/C environment is highly preferred

+ Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred

+ This position requires effective time-management, written communication, planning, organization, creativity, team building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

+ The successful candidate will take initiative and be able to work independently, be able to work/coordinate efforts from multi-discipline teams, and successfully facilitate the development and delivery of multiple, simultaneous proposals with strict deadlines

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills are critical

+ Must be flexible with work schedules and able to adjust to multiple and concurrent deadlines

+ Writing/editing of copy and graphic design experience is required

+ Excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are important for successful implementation

+ Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as a member of various teams or to work independently as required

+ Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and complete high-quality work against strict and conflicting deadlines

+ A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential

+ Excellent computer skills are essential particularly extensive knowledge of InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
