Job Description

Staffmark is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to work within a technical support center for a successful, local manufacturing facility. Candidates must be able to speak clearly & able to work within a call center setting / fast paced environment.
Ideal candidate will possess characteristics including attention to detail, strong leadership skills, able to think critically, and maintain professionalism.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Work quickly & efficiently with little to no error/mistakes
  • Have the ability to identify problems, address them accordingly and have the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Answer and troubleshoot customer phone calls
  • Accurately document all call records
  • Provide and extend professional courtesy when resolving issues, locating service centers
  • Prior experience in a call center or tech support center
  • Must be physically able to perform assigned work
  • Familiar with industrial environment &/or warehouse settings
  • Adhere to strict attendance and performance guidelines
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • BILINGUAL A PLUS! (All languages)
Compensation: $12.00 per hour / Bilingual additional pay
•Candidates must be able to work assigned shifts
