Daily Responsibilities for a Customer Service Rep:
- Handling an average of 70-100 calls per day
- Speaking with patients to set up orders
- Answering inquiries about order status
Requirements for a Customer Service Rep:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Computer proficient in basic Microsoft Office Skills
Hours for this Position:
Monday – Friday from 9-6 or 10-7 (need to be available for both)
