Transportation & Traffic Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead transportation planning, traffic studies, and design projects while mentoring a talented team of engineers. What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example, working closely with your team to deliver innovative project solutions.
- Mentor and guide staff through every phase of transportation planning and traffic signal design.
- Prepare and review technical memorandums, studies, and reports to support key decisions.
- Develop comprehensive signal design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Participate in client meetings and confidently deliver public presentations.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to keep projects running smoothly.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of individual tasks and deliverables.
- An eye for detail, ensuring every component of the project is of the highest quality.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will set you up for success!

What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PE licensure is required (PTOE is a plus!).
- 7 years of experience in transportation and traffic design.
- A strong understanding and familiarity with DOT design manuals, standards, and procedures.
