What does the role entail?
A Stewarding Lead is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. Additional responsibilities include leading a team of hourly colleagues and training.
Duties also include:
- Delivering food to in house functions
- Present at dish up
- Taking temperatures of dish machine
- Set up
- Communicate with Banquets and Culinary teams via radio
- Catering Activity And Reception Organisation
