Are you looking for a PART TIME Customer Service opportunity? Staffmark has the job for you! We are recruiting for our customer in the Bridgeville area for an experienced inbound/outbound call center customer service rep.  Experienced candidate must be client focused, with exceptional problem solving, time management, and communication skills.  Must be able to work PART TIME EVENINGS, 6PM-9PM, and Saturday, 8:30AM-5PM


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling both inbound/outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status, and product requests
  • Will process orders and returns, and assist with product inquiries and requests
  • Computer data entry, and processing of order information
  • Resolving issues regarding product returns, and shipment issues

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year prior CSR experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • High school diploma.
