Position: Property Manager - 410 units
Location: Roeland Park, KS

Pay Range: $65,000 /year plus bonus and 25% apartment discount.


A minimum of 2+ years experience as a property manager in the multifamily housing industry.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
Yardi or Onesite experience preferred

Manage the financial performance of the property by

• Maximizing income
• Controlling Expenditures
• Ensuring Maximum Occupancy
• Managing resident/prospect relations effectively
• Overseeing resident retention, sales and marketing performance to include management of the asset's online reputation and brand
• Maintaining of the asset aesthetically
• Preparing and analyzing budget forecasts weekly and monthly
• Assisting in completing annual budgets to include asset preservation
• Managing and motivating onsite staff to include recruitment, training, appraisals and orientation
• Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations
• Monitoring and reviewing rents
• Routinely walk the community to make sure no life/safety issues are present
• Additional duties as required
• Obtain the best vendors for each product and maintain all vendors/contractor communications regarding scheduling, billing and other relations


A minimum of 2+ years as a property manager experience with experince in the multifamily industry.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
Onesite or Yardi experience preferred
Proficient in property budgeting
Familiarity with various social media sites for marketing purposes
