The Operations Specialist will provide technical level desktop support to commercial bank customers for various internet and PC-based cash management products in order to orientate the customer to the service, assist them in navigation and resolve questions and problems related to product functionality and connectivity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with the relationship managers and clients to efficiently implement products and services offered to commercial clients.
Ensure appropriate Treasury Management documents and agreements are properly completed and executed prior to implementation.
Implement all Treasury Management products and services based on receipt of appropriate documentation.
Provide first level customer support for all Treasury Management clients. Assist clients with routine needs such as functionality questions, application password issues, moderate level technical issue resolution, billing issues, etc. Also provides information on client transaction accounts and other general banking needs.
Train clients to utilize our Treasury Management products.
Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly and other reports as needed.
Responsible for compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations related to this position.
