Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to monitor and improve organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. In this role you will be able to leverage your exceptional research and analysis skills to foresee obstacles, map out workflows, remove waste and low-value activities and provide recommended solutions. Following lean manufacturing methodologies, you will take the lead in implementing changes and short and long term strategies throughout different areas of the organization.

The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely comfortable in a fast paced environment, working with all tiers of employees and driving a continuous improvement mind set.  Candidates with a background in the contract manufacturing industry for consumer electronics is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
•5+ years of Continuous Improvement management experience with a hands on approach in a manufacturing environment working with Lean Manufacturing Principles Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Management, Lean Manufacturing or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications & Key Traits
•In depth knowledge and expertise in the contract manufacturing industry for consumer electronics.

•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
•Effective in working with cross functional teams.
