Customer Support Specialist
Staffing NOW has partnered with a fantastic, employee centered organization in Clearwater, FL who is seeking a strong Customer Support Rep with outstadning communications skills and an eye for detail. A qualified candidate will be highly professional, patient, honest, efficient and confidential.
- Able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Extremely detail oriented with great verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible and able to work under minimal supervision
- Solid computer knowledge (Word, Excel, 40+ WPM typing)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary
- Customer centric attitude
