Manpower is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Raleigh, NC!
The Customer Service Representative ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. This position manages the installation and fabrication process. The CSR will build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service that will assist in increasing customer loyalty.
-Ensure high customer service levels at all times
-Maintain customer relationships face to face , by phone or electronically
-Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share
-First point of Customer Contact for for vendors and suppliers
-Enters Customer Info in Job Tracker
-Updates Job Tracker and any supplier net
-Schedules Install with customer and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction install completion
-Contact client through outbound calls, inbound calls, and email throughout the process of installing custom countertops
Previous work experience in either stone distribution or customer service preferred
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM. Pay rate: $13/hour
