Experis IT, part of ManpowerGroup is seeking a strategy and data chameleon. Someone who is adept at "changing their spots" from understanding business requirements, to mining data, to visualizing data, and to extracting real content-changing insight for the team. This is a crucial role for a passionate individual who understands both campaign level decision making and the data behind it.

What you'll do:

  • Interface with a range of marketing managers and channel managers to assess their needed requirements
  • Maintain/ optimize/ automate a set of flexible content analyzation tools and visualizations, and
  • Complete the loop by utilizing up-to-date governance methods with our audience to ensure data quality and data access.

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Demonstrated experience using marketing and sales technology, including Marketing Analytics Platforms (Adobe Analytics), Marketing Automation (Eloqua), and Data visualization platforms (Domo). Preferred experience with Content Square
  • Knowledge of and experience with common B2B and lead management customer experiences (campaigns, pathways, journeys, etc.) including how data flows and can be tracked from touchpoint to touchpoint.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and product lifecycles and their respective pressures on the marketing function to drive demand and revenue.
  • Broad knowledge of global tracking regulations and best practices including GDPR.
  • Proven experience driving data quality initiatives, joining data from disparate systems and finding new ways to provide internal data consumers easy access to the information they need
  • Requires a solid understanding of complex organizational structures and various marketing functions including the fundamentals of ABM.
  • You know how to navigate complex organization and facilitate multiple stakeholders
  • You can build and make the most of relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues
  • You can think analytically and use sound judgment to make decisions and solve problems
  • You are a clear and strong communicator, willing to educate, inform and align
