Real Estate Transactional Attorney – Denver/Remote
Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with at least five years’ quality experience in real estate loan transactions. The individual who fills this position will be based in our Denver office, and remote candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large/complex loan transactions, either on the borrower or lender side or both. Experience in title diligence is a plus. The candidate should also be a self-starter and have demonstrated skills in drafting and analysis, attention to detail, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. Colorado Bar membership or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership required.
Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based. For an attorney with five years’ experience, the salary range is approximately $200,000 to $215,000 plus bonus and increases significantly with more experience.
