Main Job Responsibilities:
As a collector, they will be responsible for taking inbound and placing outbound calls, working on the dialer as well as working independently to collect on John Deere equipment before it reaches the 60+ day delinquency.
Their goals are to maintain the relationships with the clients, gather appropriate data on accounts, documentation, etc.
Collectors are responsible for speaking with individual farmers, co-ops and other businesses and individuals that have purchased the client's equipment.
They collect on a variety of different things, some of which could include, but are not limited to: tractors, combines, tillers, seed, etc.
They will be taking anywhere from 20-60 delinquent calls/day.
Collectors will be responsible for negotiating payments and doing research on why the customer is unable/late to pay their bills. There are 3-4 screens/systems that are used on a daily basis for documentation and for researching customers and equipment, so qualified candidates must have strong abilities to multi-task.
