Location: Wilmington, MA. (3x/week onsite)
Duration: 6 month minimum (the lead for this is out on leave starting Monday)

Project – this candidate will use Adobe Analytics on the Client’s website – to measure key metrics in the “customer journey”. This includes metrics such as: what is downloaded, where are customers clicking, what is added to their cart, ow many people visited a section of the website, a design aspect
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing stakeholders, to ensure accurate data capture and tracking implementation across various digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.).
* Design, develop, and maintain custom tracking solutions to capture specific user behaviors and events.
* Analyze web data, including user journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign performance, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
* Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover actionable insights and present findings to internal teams articulately
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, and provide recommendations for adopting new tools and technologies to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the web analytics team.
Requirements:
*3+ years of overall technology/digital analytics experience – focus on web tracking implementation and customer online behavior reporting
*3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and products (Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, etc.).
* Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, including data capture methodologies, segmentation, conversion tracking, and data governance.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., PPC, SEO, CRO, A/B testing).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Strong communication and presentation skills; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Adobe Analytics certification(s) (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert ).
* Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
* Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages.
* Familiarity with other web analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics).
*Semiconductor industry experience
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
