Rogers Corporation is adding a production line to our Carol Stream operations, and we are looking for quality candidates like you to join an amazing team. FULL TIME Manufacturing Line Inspector at our Carol Stream, IL location.
The Production Line roles will vary from entry level to experienced Machine Operators. These positions will communicate and take direction from supervisors and production management daily. The ability to work overtime may be required according to production needs.
Starting at $17.40 or more depending on experience! $3,000.00 signing bonus! Shift Differentials as follows:

Shift A - Day
Hourly Rate 0%
Shift B - Night
Hourly Rate 12%
Shift C - Day
Hourly Rate 15%
Shift D - Night
Hourly Rate 20%

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed
  • Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol
  • Accurately follow work instructions
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial related environment.
