Job Summary:

The Field Trial Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation, across all functions, of a new technology after a successful trial.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure each function (Engineering, Operations, TLM, Sales, Supply Chain) has the competency and resources required to support a successful technology deployment.

• Train field test engineers through technology center schools, local schools, documentation, etc.

• Organize field test engineers in their respective locations and ensure that they are running smooth jobs and that the organization is getting maximum benefit from the technology.

• Be fully proficient in the operation of the assigned equipment and the interpretation of the acquired data.

• Ensure that the field is maintaining the equipment in a constant state of readiness.

• Liaise with customers and the field organization for specific jobs.

• Make presentations and/or demonstrations as needed.

• Track the movement of all his assigned equipment.

• Keep associated costs to a minimum.

• Obtain data releases for data acquired and, where possible, associated data.

• Provide professional reports and feedback.

• Provide suggestions on any aspects of product improvement.

• Supply copies of data acquired to all relevant parties.

• Provide contributions to documentation as agreed with the Product Champion.

• Liaise directly with engineering on specific action items.

• Provide content on operation for Technology Based Training and other training material.

• Duties as agreed with Product Champion.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 1.5 years field experience working with valves

• Engineering degree

• Electrical and/or Digital competency or inclination also preferred

• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
