Job Description for a Production-Manufacturing Associate



New Florence Wood Products is currently hiring full-time Manufacturing Associates on both the day and night shifts. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform various functions or roles as material handlers, machine operators, and production & general labor positions. Depending on the shift and production bonuses earned at New Florence Wood Products, a typical new hire can quickly earn an additional 2.00 dollars an hour on top of their starting wage. 



As a Manufacturing Associate, your team relies on your efforts. Therefore, you will need to be reliable and punctual and regularly perform physical and repetitive tasks that support your production and team's goals.

 

Night-Shift Schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday
